About Our Client

Large, world class public sector organisation looking to recruit and interim payroll administrator as soon as possible, to join their busy payroll team!

Job Description

Reporting to the payroll manager your duties as the payroll administrator will include:

  • Processing timesheets, Expenses, Casual staff
  • Entering data into the payroll system, particularly relating to new staff and leavers and determining tax codes
  • Assisting with with multiple payrolls and payment claims for over 5000 staff
  • Ensures all payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate way ensuring all statutory deductions
  • Advising on, and processing, a range of payments and claims
  • First point of contact for queries regarding PAYE, Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions, expenses reimbursement, and occasional worker payments

The Successful Applicant

To apply for the role as payroll administrator you must have previously worked in a similar role. You must have experience using SAP and be competent using excel.
