Job Description

Accurate administration of the recording, processing and monitoring of all charging for ILS services, including resolving customer queries relating to payments for chargeable services. Financial monitoring and production of statistical and management information for the Business Managers and Local Authorities. Maintaining and updating electronic customer records, ensuring these are stored in accordance with Data Protection. General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, dealing with mail, inquiry handling etc

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales Ledger knowledge
  • Knowledge relating to Direct Payments / Social Policy / Social Care legislation etc
  • Understanding of office admin/Finance tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
  • The use of a client accounting/management system
