About Our Client
My client is a Leading Utility Provider based in Coventry looking for a HR Trainer.
As the HR Trainer you will be reporting to the HR Manager. The duties of the HR Trainer are to create and maintain a positive learning environment for individuals. On a daily basis you will deliver effective training methodologies both in group and individual scenarios. Using a variety of methodologies, techniques and concepts a corporate training program will be delivered to ensure maximum effectiveness. Constant training needs analysis is essential to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the role must have the following:
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal communications
- Confidence and competence when delivering to large audiences
- An understanding of E Learning techniques
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and projects
- A full UK driving licence as travel is required
