Job Description

Providing first line specialist advice to Senior Managers on HR policy and procedure and quality, assuring the consistent delivery of HR activity across the business.

Specialist knowledge in multiple areas working in partnership with HRBP as part of a flexible resource.

Supporting the development and implementation of professional people management policies, capabilities and practices that meet legal requirements and business needs.

Keep up to date on changes in legislation.

Contribute to developing policies and procedures, as well as mentoring and coaching on policies, procedures, practices and techniques

Lead or participate in projects, providing input to improve ways of working.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must:

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Have previously worked within the HR function
  • Have a good knowledge of Employment Law
  • Have a good understanding of the principals and application of HR strategy

A credible HR professional with a track record of setting high standards and delivering results in a complex and demanding environment
