Job Description

The successful HR Onboarding and Integration Coordinator applicant will be responsible for

  • Planning and scheduling inductions for new starters.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for new hires travelling to London for their induction.
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Process expenses
  • Diary management
  • Senior stake holder management
  • Liaising with various executive employees

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant for this London based role should be/have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Very effective organisational and time management skills
  • Good use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Extensive Administration or HR Administration experience
  • Ideally have worked in a large international organisation previously
  • Ideally an HR graduate or a confident HR Administrator
