Job Description

The HR Officer will report in to the HR Manager. The HR Officer will be a part of a HR team which is dedicated to provide an excellent HR service to their employees. The HR Officer will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Processing all documentation for New Starters. Creating the new starter packs which will be inclusive of the contract, offer letters etc.
  • Chasing and updating employee checks such a references, DBS
  • Updating employee details on to the HR System
  • Recruitment support inclusive of writing and uploading adverts, sifting CV's and liaising with recruiting managers.
  • Providing first line advice for employees e.g. maternity, paternity, holiday allowance

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must:

  • Previous experience of working in a HR Environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Be able to follow strict processes and procedures
