Job Description

Key responsibilities of the HR Assistant will consist of the following:

- Act as first line support for all HR Queries.

-Provide administrative support for all new joiners, leavers, changes in work patterns.

-Update all personnel files and record all holiday request and adjustments

-Recording all absence and sickness and reporting on this.

- Taking the lead throughout Disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings.

- Organise and deliver all new starter inductions.

-To maintain the training records for all temporary staff.

-Assist with training of permanent staff.

-Take the lead on ad hoc HR projects as required.

The role will be 50% Administration and 50% supporting the HRBP with ER and projects.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Officer who is happy with Administration and has previous experience of taking the lead on all employee relations. They will also be able to commit to the role for the 14 month duration.
