Job Description

The HR Officer will:-

  • Be the first point of contact for HR guidance to staff and line managers and be well versed on terms and conditions and standard HR practices.
  • Ensure the correct processes associated with employee administration are followed
  • Manage casework including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Support line managers in cases where medical welfare is a concern
  • Ensure compliance of employment legislation including issues of eligibility and immigration requirements
  • Advise on the annual Performance Appraisal Review

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Officer will:-

  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Have previous experience in a busy HR team
  • Have proven experience managing a team
  • be familiar with HR and Payroll systems including HERA
  • Have an excellent understanding of customer service

What's on Offer

£33,000 - £38,000 per annum
