Education establishment based in Birmingham.

Job Description

The HR Officer will deal with Employee Relations and case work, mainly focusing on Performance and Absence Management and sickness, with a small amount of disciplinaries and grievances, for around 200 staff members.

The role will include a high level of administration, and will include Payroll administration.

The role will also involve a high level of recruitment to include the whole process: adverts, job descriptions, offer letters, interviews.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must:

  • Have worked within a HR Generalist role for at least 3 years
  • Have dealt with Employee Relations
  • Have completed (or be near to completion of) CIPD L7


  • Current DBS
  • Education background
