Spanish speaking HR Coordinator role working for an exciting private business in Oxford which prides themselves in providing high success level training programs.

Job Description

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Human Resources and Personnel function of the business and be:

  • First point of contact regarding HR queries for employees and managers
  • Coordinating full employee life cycle
  • Reporting on HR activities and needs of the business
  • Making sure employment legislation is reflected in the HR policies
  • Supporting and Leading on ER cases when needed
  • Maintaining and coordinating payroll
  • Ensuring H&S regulations are compliant
  • Providing Managers with training programmes when needed
  • Communicating with International sites and the ability to speak Spanish is crucial

The Successful Applicant

  • Spanish speaking HR professional
  • HR diploma or CIPD qualification would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to use judgement with problem solving skills
  • HR data base knowledge
