About Our Client

Our client are a fast growing FMCG/retail business who are situated in the London West End.

Job Description

HR - administering the whole employee lifecycle and responding to HR queries

Recruitment - assisting with both store and head office recruitment (with a particular focus on store)

Payroll - collating and preparing information on a monthly basis

Projects - implementation of a new HR system and improving processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Worked in HR previously
  • Worked within a retail or FMCG business
  • Have experience in Recruitment (ideally store roles)
  • A degree/CIPD or equivalent

The ideal candidate will:

  • Want to work in fast paced retail business
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Perhaps be a HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a step up
