Job Description

The successful HRBP will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with managers to discuss HR casework and operational matters

- Guiding and supporting through complex employee relations issues

- Supporting union and staff consultation

- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HRBP must have:

- Fully qualified CIPD

- Proven experience of providing an excellent HR service

- Sound knowledge of employment law and best practice.
