About Our Client

The client are a large Public Sector organisation with an established HR department based in Bristol.

Job Description

As a HR BP, the main duties include:

  • Working with existing Business Partners across various departments to provide a cohesive HR delivery.

  • Identifying priorities within your department and deliver against budget and time frames.

  • Implementing initiatives and capability agendas across the business.

  • Influencing business management teams to improve performance and engagement.

  • Working collaboratively to support the development and implementation of management policies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Business Partner will have the following qualities:

  • Substantial experience in an operational HR environment
  • Experience delivering in a business partner model
  • Track record of setting high standards and delivering results in a complex and demanding environment
  • Proven ability to influence and partner at a senior management level
  • Proven ability to adapt style to different business ways of working and balance strategic and reactive work
  • Proven employee relations experience
  • Good knowledge of employment law

What's on Offer

This is a six month contract looking to start immediately. A great opportunity for experienced HR BP's to build on their existing experience.
