Main responsibilities/accountabilities

  • New Starter process
  • Managing the recruitment process and 3rd parties
  • Transnactional HR
  • Induction planning for new starters
  • Exit interviews and leavers process
  • Benefits administration
  • Ad hoc/general administration
  • TUPE
  • Inventory
  • Weekly stationary orders
  • Management of emails and company laptops
  • Supporting new starters with the company system

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of HR and experience within a similar role and/or environment.
