About Our Client

Our client are a well known cosmetics brand based in London

Job Description

HR Administration:

  • Starters and leavers
  • Fleet administration
  • Preparing payroll information
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Updating organizational charts
  • Providing benefits renewal data and assist with annual reviews
  • Manage the time and attendance system
  • Co-ordinate training events
  • Ad-hoc HR projects


  • Supporting the HRBP with co-ordinating assessment centres
  • Administering tests where applicable
  • Lead on HR inductions
  • Maintain Health and Safety procedures


  • Populate weekly reports for managers across ENEA
  • Maintain accurate people data working heavily on excel and SharePoint

Health and Safety

  • To own First Aid, Health and Safety and Fire procedures across Head Office

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have proven experience working within a busy HR function
  • Ideally have come from an FMCG or Retail background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable
  • a HR degree or CIPD qualification
