Job Description

MI Reporting

To administer the provision of regular and ad hoc management information including:

    • Group headcount reporting
    • HR dashboard reporting
    • Bonus accrual reporting to finance
    • Monthly business MI reporting
    • Organisational management structure maintenance
    • Administer ad hoc reporting requests
    • Coordinate the collation of all reporting data with global stats
    • Coordinate the collation of L&D ROI data
    • Analyse the data & format where require

Employee Survey

    • Manage the employee engagement survey
    • Build, Develop & Administer surveys
    • Analyse survey results


  • Drive a continuous improvement approach for HR Shared Service & wider HR team in respect of the reporting of MI
  • Contribute ideas and expertise to the continuous improvement of reporting dashboard
  • Become a super user
  • Provide end user training

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An advanced user of excel and be able to use V-look ups and Pivot tables
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge SAP reporting (SAP HCM/BW)
  • SAP BPC Knowledge desirable
  • Previous experience of Business Planning analytics
