About Our Client

Professional FTSE 250 Company based in the West Midlands who are looking for a professional HR Advisor.

Job Description

As an HR Advisor within this Business and Professional Services Company you will be working as part of the HR team. Your role will include providing HR advice and guidance for all Employee Relations. Duties will also include coaching and guiding managers on HR matters, Investigating and chairing disciplinary meetings which will also involve providing support paperwork for disciplinary meetings. Managing stake holder relationships is also key to this role.

The Successful Applicant

As the HR Advisor within the Human Resources and Personnel team you will;

  • Be CIPD Qualified or working towards.
  • Have exposure to HR or similar environment
  • Have a good understanding of Employment Law.
