A well established and growing Organisation with numerous sites across the UK.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor will consist of the following:

First point of contact across the site for all HR queries: Maternity, Paternity, Sickness, Holiday etc.

Responsible for all paperwork associated with new starters, leavers, changes in contracts, promotions.

Reporting on HR statistics including sickness, absence, turnover.

Dealing with all Employee Relations Cases and taking the lead on the full process, including all paperwork associated.

Coaching managers and upskilling on best practice regarding policies and procedures.

Any ad hoc project work as and when needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a HR Generalist, with strong experience of taking the lead on employee relations cases.

Experience of coaching managers and change management would be beneficial.

Experience of working in a Unionised environment is also advantageous.
