The Not-for-Profit Organisation is based in North Liverpool and dedicated to providing support to vulnerable adults and children.

Job Description

The HR Advisor will report in to the HR Manager. The HR Advisor will be part of a team of 4 HR Employees. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Managing an Employee Relations caseload - disciplinaries, grievances involving safeguarding, bullying issues
  • Leading disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • Managing and monitoring sickness absences
  • Performance management
  • Ad hoc project work.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must:

  • Previous HR experience
  • Previously managed a HR caseload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Up to date employment law knowledge
  • The ability to multi task
  • Exceptional attention to detail
