About Our Client
Well established local Organisation
Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor will consist of the following:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries for employees within the Business
-Taking the lead on all disciplinary, grievance, performance management.
-Coaching and advising managers on all employee relations.
- Reporting on absence and sickness and managing any short term/long term issues effectively.
-Supporting with full recruitment life cycle, including speaking to agencies, shortlisting CVs, interviewing and all administrative paperwork associated with offers and on boarding.
-Supporting with Company-wide appraisal processes and coaching managers when putting together PDP's for employees.
-Any other ad hoc project work or generalist HR Administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have previous generalist HR experience, this includes taking ownership of the disciplinary and grievance process and coaching managers. They will also ideally be CIPD Level 5 Qualified, or will have a comparable qualification.
