Job Description

As HR Advisor your duties will include:

  • Full management of busy ER caseload
  • Coaching and advising managers on ER matters
  • Implementing HR strategy to the department
  • Working closely with a customer service management team
  • Project managing organisational change
  • Supporting and driving talent management
  • Assessing the training needs of the department

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an excellent can-do attitude as the role is very operational
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Be able to work in a very fast-paced environment

This role would suit either a HR Officer/Assistant looking to take the next step in their career as well as established HR Advisors
