A leading Media company based in Warwickshire.

Job Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers, escalating issues to an HR BP where necessary
  • Confidently deal with basic ER issues including absence management, flexible working and maternity leave
  • Assisting with annual appraisals; systems training and creating reports
  • Managing the probation process, ensuring managers are notified of review dates and any necessary extensions
  • Conducting inductions and exit interviews in line with Human Resources and Personnel guidelines
  • Process monthly reports including payroll, salary review process; monthly bonus and overtime information
  • Working alongside the HR BP to support hiring managers to source and select the right candidate's in line with the company culture
  • Assisting with Learning & Development

The Successful Applicant

This ideal HR Advisor will have:

  • Articulate with first class communication skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge employment legislation
  • Maintain and build internal and external relationships
  • Can work and operate autonomously
  • Exposure of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals

What's on Offer

£27,000 to £30,000 depending on the HR Advisor
