About Our Client

Our client is a well-known organisation looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them in Wiltshire

Job Description

As HR Advisor your duties will include:

  • Supporting the HR function in the planning, communication and implementation of organisation changes
  • Liaising closely with reward and recruitment teams
  • Preparing new job descriptions
  • Delivering key people processes in relation to promotions, redeployment, flexible working etc
  • Coaching managers to better deal with ER matters
  • Assisting the department with HR communications
  • Dealing with any associated HR administration

The Successful Applicant

this role will suit someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment. to be considered you must:

  • Have previously worked through a change project (ideally incorporating growth/expansion)
  • Have several years experience in an Advisor role
  • Be actively studying towards/qualified CIPD
  • Be available to start at short notice
