About Our Client

I am looking for qualified HR Advisors to work within an established Human Resources and Personnel team.

Job Description

The main duties of the HR Advisor will be:

  • Supporting the training and coaching of managers within the teams providing them with effective tools and knowledge
  • Update and develop business wide HR policies, processes and initiatives in line with legislation requirements and growth requirements of the business
  • Provide first line advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, performance and absence processes
  • Drafting offer letters and contracts
  • Managing HR projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Advisor will have:

  • Confident knowledge of employment law and case law using commercial knowledge to ensure impact on, or risk to, the business is minimal
  • Must be qualified, or working towards graduate CIPD
  • Knowledge of TUPE Regulations, expertise in resolving complex ER issues
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment whilst ensuring deadlines are met
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external bodies and suppliers
  • Highly computer literate with strong Word and Excel knowledge
