About Our Client

Based in North Bristol, this client is an established business with a strong HR team, looking for a new HR Advisor to join the department and take a lead on various projects.

Job Description

The main duties of this role will include:

- Managing the implementation of a new HR Information System across the business

- Act as a 'super user' of the System.

- Providing monthly reports including training, talent management information, absence, attrition etc and therefore identifying trends.

- Working alongside other Directors to establish department budgets

- Management of the Flexible benefit/Pension scheme including liaising with providers

- Assisting with Recruitment when required (alongside the current recruitment team)

- Providing L&D support in the form of training workshops alongside the HR Directors

- A complete understanding of Employment Law and all 'generalist' HR duties including ER caseloads

The Successful Applicant

As a HR Advisor, we are looking for the following qualities and experience:

- Prior experience of implementing an HR System/Database

- The ability to influence and be professional with internal and external contacts

- A strong personal drive and resilience with the ability to be assertive.

- A pragmatic and 'can do' style, this is a busy role so high energy levels and the ability to sustain a demanding work rate

- Able to challenge at all levels in the organisation.
