About Our Client

The school is a comprehensive secondary school educating over 1300 children between the ages of 13-18 and has over 100 years of history. The role is based in Wimbledon.

Job Description

The HR Adviser duties include:

  • Leading on all end-to-end recruitment across the school
  • Leading on all ER cases across the school including long term sickness
  • Provide strategic HR Advise to the Senior Management Committee
  • Conduct probation period reviews as well as driving Performance Management

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Adviser candidate should have:

  • Experience leading on recruitment campaigns
  • Experience managing their own ER case load including complex cases
  • Experience working in the education sector would be advantageous

What's on Offer

The role is paying a salary of £30,000-£36,000 per annum and offers an optional 6% contributory pension scheme. The working hours are 8am-4pm (35 hours per week) for 52 weeks per annum. Based in Wimbledon.
