Professional Manufacturing Organisation within the West Midlands

Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for Organising, arranging, conducting and making decisions on HR meetings which will consist of; Conducting disciplinary, grievance / appeal meetings. Note taking for meetings. Ensuring new existing employee records are processed including updating employee records. Creating contract, dealing with new starters and leavers, maternity, risk assessments. Be able to work on HR projects independently and with other team members

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Administrator will be;

  • Confident in ability and knowledge of current Human resources and personnel practises and legislation.
  • CIPD Qualified or working towards
  • Able to not take for grievance and disciplinary appeal/ meetings
  • Able to undertake HR projects independently or with a team
  • Competent in Microsoft packages
