Job Description

The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources and Personnel Function by providing:

  • Generalist HR support will all aspects of HR administration
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Prepare offers and contracts of employment
  • Maintain the HRIS system ( People Soft)
  • Support in ad-Ho HR projects
  • Update internal salary trackers and spreadsheets
  • Administer on-site training
  • Liaise with other departments and communicate issues internally

The Successful Applicant

The immediately available HR Administrator requires:

  • Good Excel knowledge( Vlookup, pivot tables, mail mergers)
  • Proven Admin skills and interest in in HR
  • Attention to detail( to ensure data entry accuracy)
  • Good communication skills
