Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Organising, arranging, conducting and making decisions on HR meetings
  • Conducting disciplinary, grievance / appeal meetings
  • Note taking for meetings
  • Ensuring new existing employee records are processed
  • Updating employee records
  • Creating contract, dealing with new starters and leavers, maternity, risk assessments
  • Be able to work on HR projects independently and with other team members

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Administrator will have:

  • Confident in ability and knowledge of current Human resources and personnel practises and legislation.
  • Being part-qualified CIPD (or willing to work towards becoming CIPD qualified) would be advantageous
  • Experience in note taking for grievance and disciplinary appeal / meetings
  • Qualifications in HR / training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to undertake HR projects independently or with a team
  • Competent in Microsoft packages

What's on Offer

£19,000 - £21,000 (dependable on experience) Initially a 6 month FTC
