About Our Client

This International Charity operate across Africa and Middle East and set up food, health care and Education facilities in areas effected by war, natural disasters and poverty. Most of their funding comes from donations, legacy's, corporate funding and government support and as a result of an increase in funding they're expanding.

Job Description

Working in their head offices in central London, you'll be reporting to the HR manager, and working with two other HR Administrators. Your duties will include;

  • Completing all recruitment administration including posing adverts, and coordinating interviews
  • Issuing offer letters and contracts
  • Completing all pre-employment checks including DBS and references
  • Checking all right to work documentation including Visa's
  • Tracking and updating all starters and finishers
  • Ensuring all new starters are set on payroll in a timely manner
  • Completing all relevant paper work to do with probation
  • Producing and completing monthly reports to do with sickness and KPI's

The Successful Applicant

Applicants for the position of HR administrator must;

  • Be able to demonstrate a knowledge of employment law including Visa applications
  • Must ideally have experience in a similar ideally with in the public sector
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Have prior experience of working with a HR system
  • Be competent user of Excel
  • Be studying towards relevant CIPD qualifications
  • Be able to demonstrate a knowledge of safe guarding

What's on Offer

This is an immediate start, temporary to permanent job opportunity, to replace a permanent of staff who was recently promoted. My client is paying between £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
