About Our Client

Our client are a leading Not-for-Profit organisation working with children to address inequalities through education. They are based across a number of locations across Berkshire.

Job Description

Key duties:

  • To act as a first point of contact for all customers to the Human Resources team
  • To provide an effective Human Resources administration service
  • To co-ordinate HR recruitment systems including safer recruitment practice
  • To ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full-time, part-time and volunteers
  • To provide HR reports as required
  • To provide support and assistance to the Director of HR

The Successful Applicant

Candidates should have:

  • Prior experience providing HR admin support
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to problem solve on your own initiative
  • Good numeracy skills
