About Our Client

Our client, a large and reputable organisation based in Wiltshire are looking for an immediately available HR Administrator to joing their expanding team on a temporary basis

Job Description

Duties of the HR Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Take ownership for the new starter process including producing and sending all contracts and offer paperwork to new starters and responsibility for right to work documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Arrange face to face and telephone interviews for candidates
  • Manage and own the relationship with our external referencing agency for new starters
  • Liaise with Managers across the business
  • Send rejection e-mails to candidates as well as talking them through feedback following interviews/assessments
  • Liaise with and update recruitment agencies on current vacancies
  • Monitor and respond to emails and enquiries that come through from the wider teams
  • Loading up new vacancies onto the recruitment system for approvals along with advertising new roles onto websites and through media buyers
  • Keep recruitment trackers up to date and produce reports as required
  • Improve current processes to ensure maximum efficiencies within the team
  • Liaising with Supplier Management/Procurement regarding new suppliers/consultants

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the HR Administrator role will possess:-

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive - with a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment would be ideal
  • Proven relationship building experience
  • A flexible approach in supporting a demanding, reactive team
  • Well organised, driven and enthusiastic
  • Excellent IT skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using candidate databases would be useful
  • Solutions orientated
  • A flexible team player
  • Discreet - a valued part of a confidential business area
