Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Personnel Department in:

  • Administering and supporting HR processes including starters, leavers, absence management, recruitment etc.
  • Ad hoc projects with benefits aspects of the business such as maternity or family friendly leave etc.
  • Work with central and regional teams on day to day HR tasks
  • Manage the administration of the UK Pension Plan
  • Liaising with vendors and advisors to ensure full compliance
  • Managing the UK and NL payroll

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Good general admin knowledge
  • Good experience of Payroll procedure and systems
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • This is for 3 months and requires the candidate to be on short notice
