An education establishment based in West London.

Job Description

The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:

- Coordinating all recruitment including drafting job descriptions, managing applications, shortlisting, liaising with candidates and obtaining references

- Managing the new starter process

- Ensuring all pre-employment checks are in place including DBS / CRB

- Maintaining records of staff sickness absence

- Any other ad hoc HR duties.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Administrator must have:

- HR Administration experience

- Education experience (desirable)

- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
