About Our Client

Our client is looking to grow their HR team by recruiting for a strong HR Administrator who can handle high volumes of work in a busy working environment.

Job Description

As a HR Administrator the main duties of your role will include:

- Organising new starters and re-joiners, leavers and transfers

- Supporting the HR team with any general queries and acting as first point of contact

- Dealing with all paperwork corresponding to new starters within the Organisation; offers of employment, benefits packages

- Chasing for references and providing references when required

- Report writing experience

- Any other ad hoc requirements as requested

- Process all Holiday Request and Sickness Forms

- Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

- Update and manage the training database to ensure site compliance producing regular progress reports

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate profile would possess:

Excellent interpersonal and internal customer-facing skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Communicating with your own department at all times.

Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.

Strong administration skills -ability to write and present information.
