Job Description

  • Follow sourcing methodology to access the best candidates in the market.
  • Assist the hiring manager in producing the job and person specification for all open roles.
  • Place adverts and blogs in forums via direct sourcing channels, such as social media, CV search databases, special interest groups etc.
  • Administer full cycle recruiting process including the on boarding ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience and complete record keeping.
  • Filter CVs and book phone interviews and face to face stages with HR officer and/or other management.
  • Work to ensure an excellent candidate experience, follow process and best practice at all times.
  • Research candidate references/background checks.
  • Maintain accurate Candidate Relationship Management database.
  • Carrying out HR recruitment routines and general record keeping.
  • Maintain HR recruitment routines, analytics and reports.
  • Any other task which may be required from time to time.
