Job Description

Hard Services Facilities Manager

  • Must have 17th edition
  • Experience with managing hard and soft services roles previously
  • Will need to be proactive
  • Dealt with compliance
  • Have a good understanding of BMS
  • Have dealt with maintenance in commercial buildings
  • Understanding of PPM's and reactive maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence

The Successful Applicant

Must have be proactive, show willing, be available to do a mobile role within London (company van will be provided), have 17th edition and good understanding of building services management roles.
