About Our Client
The client is a well known arts/Heritage organisation based in central London
Main duties will include: Advising on the organisations governance policies. Arranging and providing full administrative support to board and similar meetings for the Chairman, Chief Executive and external stakeholders.
Minute taking, arranging off-site visits and travel. Frequent communication with board-level members of the organisation and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have exposure to work as a Governance officer and Committee Support within a medium to large organisation.
Candidates will have experience in secretarial support; diary management, meeting booking, minutes, travel booking etc. Personalities must be adaptable, friendly and happy to hit-the-ground-running.
What's on Offer
The role is a temp to perm opportunity paying between £27,000 to £28,000 per annum, to start as soon as possible, based in central London.
