Job Description

The General Ledger Accountant role will consist of

- Delivering the financials

- Processing and payment of Supplier invoices

- Credit control

- Allocating bank receipts and payments

-Processing expenses - credit cards and cash expenses

- Advises Finance managers on month end provisions for sales rebates

- Management of rebates

- Calculate and upload: Revenue Recognition, Rebates, Freight Accrual, Claims Accrual, Sales Commissions, Credit Card Accruals and Travel, Quarterly Royalties and any adhoc balance sheet rec clearance journals.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience of general ledger accounts and working towards an accounting qualification or a desire to study, ideally part qualified also professional accounting experience of a minimum of 3 years.

What's on Offer

As the General Ledger Accountant you will be available immediately or on a weeks notice. The role is a temporary with the opportunity to go permanent.
