Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for a Front of House Receptionist to join a management consultancy, located in the City of London. Working in a team of 2, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, directing calls
  • Booking meetings and managing the meeting room diary
  • Ordering catering for meetings and making sure each meeting has tea and coffee
  • Making sure meeting rooms are set up with the correct equipment needed for each meeting
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Ordering couriers
  • Ordering taxis
  • Ordering business card for staff
  • General administration duties
  • Making sure Reception is presentable at all times

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Have previous Reception experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good team player
  • Good IT Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary of £21,000 - £23,000 + benefits package.

Hours 08:30 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:30 (alternate weeks)
