Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a permanent Front of House Receptionist. This is a stand alone role where you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administration support to staff. Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the phone, taking detailed messages, forwarding calls
  • Booking meetings
  • Receiving and sorting daily deliveries, mail, and couriers
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Issuing visitor badges and making sure all visitors sign in
  • Book travel and accommodation for staff
  • Manage the office cleaners
  • Ensure the staff contact list is up to date
  • Order office supplies (stationery, meeting room and kitchen supplies)
  • General administration duties.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will have

  • Previous Receptionist experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisation, time management and multi tasking skills
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 + benefits package
