About Our Client
Our client have a significant presence throughout the UK and this role will be based at the UK Head Office in Frimley.
They are looking for a permanent member of staff to join their busy, international team. A competitive basic salary, bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance and pension are on offer along with a flexible benefit scheme.
Support the French markets in all order processing
To ensure accurate processing and creation of all customer orders within SAP
Managing purchase orders, quotes or other sales generated documents
Communicate and resolve order queries or issues, communicate both written and verbally in French
Work alongside the French Sales Team and customers
Ensure fulfilment of licenses to customers and maintain all customer licensing profiles within the SAP system
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and promotions as they are communicated
The Successful Applicant
Fluent French is a must both written & spoken
Experience of Order Processing is essential
Previously worked in a software/fast moving environment
Finance/Administration/SAP experience ideal
Excellent Customer Service skills required
Understanding or exposure to SAP is extremely useful
Experience working on a CRM system i.e. SAP/Oracle or similar
Strong communication skills are a must
Confident when dealing with both internal and external customers
Ability to work well within a team as well as being self motivated and flexible

Working Hours 9am - 5.30pm
