My Client is a reputable service provider.

Job Description

The role will include the following duties:

  • Prepare expense analysis and back up information on a monthly basis.
  • Download exchange rates and update system accordingly
  • Provision for old cost
  • Overview purchase ledger department
  • Purchase ledger reports/targets and objectives
  • Prepare other debtors analysis and payment
  • Cover cash book roles.
  • Prepare analysis and chase for outstanding work
  • Code expense and raise requisitions
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Reimburse branch banks
  • Payment and reconciliation of several accounts
  • Ensure all work and documents are done on time and kept in order.
  • Cover purchase ledger staff when absent, team of 3
  • Produce and analyse any documents as requested
  • Assist manager and other members of staff.
  • Assist any audit request by company auditors.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have:

  • Experience in Accounts - good knowledge of balance sheet and profit and loss.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Good problem solving skills in all areas
  • Accuracy
