An expanding health organisation based in South West London

Job Description

Reporting to the Management Accountant, the Finance Officer will be responsible for the production of accounting entries up to trial balance.

Your duties will include:

  • Update and maintain the purchase ledger, posting all invoices on to Sage
  • Update and maintain the sales ledger regularly raising sales invoices
  • Prepare analysis of movements within the P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Maintain journal, ledgers and other records (including trial balance)
  • Undertake bank reconciliations and inter-company reporting

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Officer will have exposure in a similar position and be able to take entries up to trial balance.

Ideally you will have previously used Sage Line 50 and be looking to develop a career within finance.
