About Our Client

Our client is a growing business based in Dorking looking to add a Finance Manager to their Accountancy team

Job Description

  • Responsible for producing the management accounts and further analysis as required
  • Responsible for management of the finance team of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Review of internal financial processes across the business and recommending and implementing changes as required.
  • Payroll authorisation
  • Month end journals, control account reconciliations
  • Capex reconciliation and monitoring
  • Weekly cashflow forecasting
  • Bank Account Reconciliation & posting
  • Process Bank transactions
  • Job costing and WIP review
  • Credit card and expenses coding and input

The Successful Applicant

  • The above duties are not exhaustive and the Company may request that the job holder undertakes additional reasonable duties in line with this role.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager role or looking to progress into this type of role
  • This is a busy/challenging position for a growing company and duties may change increase with the needs of the business.
  • Need to be hands on and willing to undertake all aspects of the accounts/admin function of the business
  • Navision experience desirable
  • General accounts administration
  • Good Excel and IT skills
  • Team player required

What's on Offer

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
