Job Description

The Finance Manager role involves;

  • Management of all accounts
  • Supervising 1 x part time Accounts Assistant (and possibly one full time Accounts Assistant)
  • Provide commercial insight and recommendations
  • Prepare all Profit and loss.
  • Foreign currencies management
  • Business risk analysis
  • Budget forecast and actual
  • Overall Cash flow
  • Reconciliation Bank
  • Creditors and debtor accounts
  • Preparation of Salaries and send over to external accountant
  • Month end journals
  • Run month end and check figures.
  • Liaise with external accountant
  • Some HR knowledgeable

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidates for the Finance Manager role will;

  • have worked in a similar role previously, ideally for another Small-Medium sized business
  • MUST have Sage experience (ideally Sage line 50)
  • Have strong Accounting, and Commercial experience - be able to offer guidance and decision making advice to MD and Sales Director
  • be keen to work for a dynamic, fun and fast paced business

What's on Offer
