About Our Client

My client is a global technology company creating advertising software for their clients.

Job Description

The main responsibilities for this retail accounts assistant will be:

  • Liaising with the accounts payable and sales ledger
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Checking, coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Weekly supplier payment runs
  • Credit statement reconciliations
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Petty cash
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • be immediately available
  • have at least one years experience within a finance role
  • be degree educated
  • have strong excel skills
