About Our Client

Our client is based in Hammersmith and they are looking to recruit a finance assistant into the team due to team restructuring.

Job Description

The position will require the successful individual to be responsible for the following duties:

  • Importing customer invoices and oher transactions for the finance system (Navision)
  • Reconciling billing files to the sales ledger
  • Reconciliation of ledgers at month end
  • General ledger administration and reconciliation
  • Sales Commission report reconciliation
  • Resolving queries from customers, suppliers and employees.
  • General bookkeeping
  • Secondary point of contact for centralised billing and collections team
  • Various as hoc tasks and analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

Core skills & experience:

  • Navision would be helpful but not essential
  • Relevant experience working within a finance department
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Team player
