About Our Client

A successful organisation with offices throughout the UK are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join there finance department.

Job Description

  • Purchase Ledger (A key element of this role)
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty Cash
  • Answer queries from customers and suppliers
  • Produce monthly reports and statements
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • VAT returns
  • Opportunity to assist with monthly accounts up to finalisation
  • Producing sales reports and statistics

The Successful Applicant

  • Good overall IT Skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
  • Can work on own initiative and as part of a team
