About Our Client

My client is a leading property management organisation, with 17 offices worldwide and over 2000 employees.

Job Description

  • Treasury and cash management
  • Billing and credit control
  • Posting of rental receipts and cash transfers on the system
  • Improving of record-keeping across the board
  • Coordinate delinquent account collections with Property Accountants for various properties
  • Any other adhoc reports/duties as required
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist Finance Managers with billing inquiries, including account balancing, invoice generation, and follow-up with operational areas
  • Weekly internal bank transfers

The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels, hungry to learn and have great communication skills. This role will be ideal for someone looking to progress and develop.
